A report from AS, citing a report from French outlet Téléfoot, says that AS Monaco star Kylian Mbappé has chosen his destination, and it will be within Ligue 1 to Paris Saint-Germain.
After it was believed that Real Madrid were leading the race for the young Frenchman’s signature, the news that Mbappé has reportedly chosen another team comes as a shock to the footballing world.
According to the report, the young 18-year-old has made up his mind although no concrete offer has been made by the Parisian squad.
The striker has expressed interest in playing for the French giants, has said that he is keen on working together with Neymar, who just transferred over to PSG, and admitted that he has been a fan of the Brazilian forward for some time.
PSG has made an initial offer to Monaco that is in the range of €155 million, which is significantly less than the reported €180 million that los Blancos are willing to pony up for the young superstar.
Among Real Madrid and PSG, there are two other interested parties that are pushing for Mbappé to come play for them in Barcelona and Manchester City. However, the current Ligue 1 champions have made it clear that they are not willing to part with their star striker so easily.
